Our Low Price Guarantee is simple, if you find the same product shown on our site from a competitor, we will beat the competitor's price. The product must be identical.

All we require is that you document the competitor's price to us by

• e-mailing their URL page address if on the internet (MUST BE SHOP FRONT BUSINESS - Not Home-Based or Internet Only)
• Written Quote - Must be no more than 30 days old and from an Australian Retailer with Shop Front and verified by us.

** The Quote or URL must be on the identical stock including manufacturer details
** We must current have the item in our product range
** We will match the entire quote (not just one item)
